Sounds like Manns is playing like a 7 footer today.

Closing the half nicely (it seems) with a 7 point lead. Greene and the seven footer have two fouls, though. Did I hear that right...7 rebounds for Manns! And as soon as I say it...there is foul #3...UCK!

Yeah, I wish Manns wouldn't have picked up that last foul but I'll take 6 pts, 7 rebs, 2 blks, and 3 fouls in a half from him any day. Kinda sounded like that 3rd one was questionable too.

Sherman has really stepped up, so far, to get us through that cold stretch.

Okay. Porrini with 3, Manns with 3. Greene with 2. Could this be that game where Leonard and or Johnson (who has played) get some minutes?

Completely off topic, but watching the U of Memphis Tigers play Southern Miss., and thinking of days gone by. Coach Dana Kirk, Baskerville Holmes, William Bedford, and Keith Lee light them up. They were a joy to watch, and I have family in Memphis, so the Tigers have a special place in my sports world.

Buffalo would have loved a blah win. A team with this experience level cannot win too much.

Oh, I agree, KStud. Better a blah win than an exciting loss. Out of the 10 conference games so far, only two have gone down to the wire, or close to it - Akron and OU. I can't remember a time when so few of Kent State's conference games were close games.
