Start Of MAC Season Power Rankings
With the MAC season starting tomorrow, there are probably five legitimate teams that could win in Cleveland. Right now, Ohio has to have the nod, but Kent State, Ball State, Akron and Buffalo are right in the hunt.

Here are TMD's power rankings for the start of MAC play.

With all due respect, how can you say anyone is "the class of the MAC." I would say the conference portion of the schedule will determine that. 03-banghead

OU's best win is a loss to Louisville. They have the same typical OU issues exposed by Robert Morris. I predict OU will have to play a tournament game at a campus site Monday, March 5.

I can tell you this. OU is nothing until they prove they can win consistently in the MAC. They haven't proven that in years. The aberration that was 4 games in 4 days a couple of years ago doesn't count. I am talking a 16 game conference schedule.
