Here are TMD's updated rankings. Kent State fell to 4th this week with its loss to Buffalo and less than inspiring win over Miami. The Flashes got the job done, but where were they for 30 minutes?

While KSU's week wasn't very impressive, I can tell you this for a fact. If KSU is only the 4th best team in the MAC, my name is Dirk Diggler.

Ball State can not stand prosperity. #11 Eastern Michigan took them down.

And as I have stated over and over again, OU is a middle of the road MAC team. I don't give a **** what they did prior to the MAC schedule. Akron isn't very good and OU just fell apart against the Zits.

Agreed. That game was not pleasing to the eyes. But, the Akron win makes this one all that more important.
