Awwwww crap, not playing Clemson next year is news to me, I was really excited to go down there and see the game. I was told by some high-ups at the Kentucky game that LSU was going to be added in place of Clemson so it looks like this was good info. Will definitely try to make it down there for that one, though.

I also like the thought of match ups with lower-tier BCS schools. For someone like me, that usually tries to catch the BCS non-conference games on the road, it's cool to get the chance to see the likes of the big programs like LSU & Bama, but from a game standpoint your investing the money knowing we're gonna get our as* handed to us that day.

I thought Kentucky was a nice matchup this year, too bad we coudn't have played better and come out with a win. I'm loving the matchup with Virginia in 2014 as well! I caught a game there last year and from a stadium/campus perspective it is my #1 place I've been to (not talking about stadium environment so don't take me out of context lol).

Must agree that Duke and UNC would be fun as well. I think going out west would be great too- I'm thinking a MAC-WAC game every fall would be wickedly sweet.

lol well they do now that Clemson has been taken off the sched. It was more less speculation when I was told, I had no clue Clemson was indeed taken off the schedule.

Looks like a second BiG team has been added to our schedule. Aside from playing at Illinois Sept. 12, KSU now slated to visit Minnesota Sept. 19.

Not sure if that means we have one game to fill on the years we don't have four games listed or not, but would guess that would be correct. Really like the Big Ten schools on the schedule as all are fairly close and those schools have often been tested by other MAC schools. Would still like an ACC school for football and hoops in same season.....

Ohh! I'm loving the game with Minnesota! I will be out there for sure- that new stadium they built is gorgeous and I've been wanting to check it out. A trip to Illinois is pretty tempting (and doable from NE Ohio) too!!! :-D

Ohio State has a game available on Aug 31 next year as Vandy just dropped them. It's tough to beat an OSU payday.
