Many of us criticized him for his problems off the court and none of us were too happy when he punched the Akron player and got tossed out of a big game early but the patience Kent showed him finally has seemed to work. He has finally seemed to get it and I congratulate him for it. The Athletic department really seems to know how to get the most out of players that have had some issues prior to Kent and it has paid off for them. Good luck to Chris in the future.

RE: Singletary
Chris' maturity finally caught up with his talent. Think he is aware of and appreciative for all the patience KSU and fans showed him, judging by his post game remarks.

People who know Chris think he would be a great preps coach when his playing days are over. Knows the game, knows what it takes and knows all of the gimmicks...on and off the court. He'd be a hard one to get over.

speak for yourself! lol jk well it was bitter sweet someone needed to give him a gut shot... just didnt want a kent player to be the one to do it... but on a serious note.. im happy to see chris get to the sweet cause he has been through a whole lot of bitter! but its not over every game from this point on is do or die! So no time for back pats we need to stay hungry and im sure we will.

I am kind of excited to see what will happen if Chris "has" to win in Cleveland. This team has a little bit of amazing in them when they want it and Chris is good at leading the charge.

Does anyone know if Mwatabu Okantah and Linda Piccirillo-Smith are full-time professors? It would be great to nominate them for the Alumni Association's Disinguished Teaching Award.
