congratulations kent
Congratulations Kent State,
First please forgive me if I don't address your school the proper way, is it kent or kent state? More importantly you guys played a great game. Talk about a old fashioned a## kicking. Kudo's to the coaching staff for having the team being well prepared and the team playing so well. Great game and great hospitality from the home folks(too bad ohio state fans don't know how to act). I do hope I don't hear any excuses from my fellow ohio fans about yesterday, when you get beat that bad you just plain beat, no excuses. Fun time at the mac center also last night. Good luck in the future and congradulations to your coach on his last game.

david

RE: congradulations kent
It's "Kent State" and has always been, officially, although there was a time in the 1980's, I think it was, when they tried going by just "Kent".

I'm glad you had a good time, davepi2, despite the loss.

Thanks for the note, dave. And, thanks for coming to the game. As a matter of fact, we were desperate to sell tickets. But, we got over the 90K hump thanks to the Bobcat fans who showed yesterday.

How do you think everyone in the MAC missed on McCollum?

Fashfan, three MAC schools did ultimately offer McCollum. See my post of a few minutes ago under "Kent State vs. Lehigh"

That's a really common spelling error, Ozoner. Be nice to a fellow OU fan!

Grammer police out in holiday force. On the Miami board, they don’t approve of our fight song.

So, when supporting the Flashes in Oxford, understand that the local norm is "Let’s MOVE” as opposed to our “Let’s GO.” 03-melodramatic “Move” is apparently more inspirational, as in “Let’s MOVE Redhawks!"

sorry for the mistake, two football games(stopped over at akron)and one basketball game might have that effect. Oh had a great time at the basketball game also.

I'm too amused here. The spelling police has to bust you on "grammar." I'm sorry, I couldn't resist.
