Womens Game
They blew their undefeated season today. They were up 76-69 with 2:40 to go. They proceeded to be out scored 14-7 with Gibson having to hit a three with 0.1 seconds left to send it to OT. They then were outscored 18-9 to lose 101-92. Lindsey must have gone crazy with that defensive performance. Sounds like they ran out of gas. Oh well I'll take 27-1.

RE: Womens Game
St. Francis lost a close game to Toledo but beat a bad Pitt team. Not a terrible loss. St. Francis was a hot team playing at home. The past few years that probably means Kent State gets blown out. Instead, they win if St. Francis doesn't throw in a few 3s down the stretch.
The biggest thing Kent State has over the past few years is depth. It is not so much about playing 9 or 10 people. It is more that they have 3 or 4 who can have the big game when somebody else has a bad night.

No argument here. they had 5 turnovers down the stretch and that could be their biggest weakness. Ball handlers. Lucas was playing 15 minutes or so spelling Humes and Jones but she has been in street clothes the last few games. Don't know if she is injured or if grades are an issue. She wasn't even on the bench during the last home game.

RE: Womens Game
I answered my own question. Just looked at the roster and she is no longer listed. That's two players that have left the team that could have played 10-15 minutes. Their fine as long as the 10 they have stay healthy but that is unusual on a womens team. We will just have to wait and see.
