RE: UAB game
starting to a bit. Sherman with a couple of threes. Nealy scores off an offensive board and then causes a jump ball. Down 8 at the under 4 timeout. Would like to see Kent keep it at 8 or so before half....

RE: UAB game
and with that, another second chance bucket, a turnover and an alleyoop stretch it back to 11. followed by a cameron moore bucket on a 4th chance. down 13 at half. Some of seems like it can be cleaned up easily, some of it....well?

I am watching a team that doesn't the meaning of the term, "box out". They are just outhusseling us on loose balls and long rebounds.

I don't think I've ever watched a game where the regularly interupt the game to show replay after replay.

Ya the replay is getting annoying, not the best feed every either. Am I the only one whose feed randomly pauses then starts 5 seconds later?

Gotta be able to knock down shots when teams take Greene away. Sure, lots of missed bunnies that Kent should easily make...but, this is the way its gonna be all year and if Kent can't get something else going trouble lurks.
But, another half to play...

Terrible weekend. The women blow a lead in the last three minutes and lose in OT. The wrestling team loses to #11 Missouri in OT in the last match and now this. I hope we at least give them a scare in the second half.

I've seen a lot of posts about our inability convert in transition...now I can say that I've witnessed it first hand.

RE: UAB game
allright. they seem to be coming out with some spirit to start the second half. I also enjoy listening to homer announcers from other schools. Not to be critical because I would be the same way, but they sure are beggars.

RE: UAB game
It would also be nice if they showed some sense or urgency(i.e. fire, intensity...something).

I hear you rockets, I do. But there is a part of me, (as a fan of this team, who feels like they can be very good by February) who just wants to see execution and refusal to quit. Not making excuses, but not ready to rip them either. you know what I mean?

Perfect example with this intentional foul. A foul that hard you have to call intentional. To bad that wasn't more that was hurt
Haha I'm horrible.

I agree...the fundamentals need to be there, but at the same time I'd like to see some that typical Kent Basketball killer instinct. Side note - The more I see of Randal Holt the less of that I see him.
Although there has a been a bit of a step up in the last few minutes.

Agree on Nealy too. Maybe his minutes can be that little catalyst we need. Porrini picking up his 4th hurts. These guys need to move their feet on defense or make better rotations.
